Maple Syrup
Our maple syrup is processed from sap from our trees. We process the day’s sap collection as soon as possible, in most cases less than 4 hours. We believe this makes the lightest syrup grades! As the season moves along, we move from Golden to Amber, and then to Dark syrup grades. We do not make Extra Dark, we just don’t like the taste of that stuff!
