Our Maple Sugar is made with 1 single ingredient, 100% Halladay Maple syrup, nothing else. We use our lightest syrup, delicate taste Grade A Golden pure Maple Syrup. Our maple crumble is used on salads or add to your oatmeal, basically its large chunks of maple goodness. YUMM. A new product for us is Maple Rub. Its “Sweet with a touch of heat”, used as a dry rub on your favorite meat product.
