Our Maple Candy is made with 1 single ingredient, 100% Halladay Maple syrup, nothing else. We use our lightest syrup, delicate taste Grade A Golden pure Maple Syrup. We heat until 240 degrees, then let cool to 220 degrees then run it through our candy machine and pour into candy molds, let cool and place the little golden nuggets in the fridge for later packaging.
