Our Maple Butter is made with 1 single ingredient, 100% Halladay Maple syrup, nothing else. Sometimes called Maple Cream because of its consistency, We use our lightest syrup, delicate taste Grade A Golden pure Maple Syrup. We heat until 232 degrees, let cool overnight and process it through our stainless maple butter machine. Maple Butter / Cream is delicious and can be used on toast or bagels or even pancakes.
